Winter Construction Update
Construction progress has been incredible over the past few months. We completed the new Alfredo Miguel Afif Mountain Lodge in December, a monumental feat. This achievement came right on the heels of the new Osprey Meadows Golf Course, which officially opened this past summer. Meanwhile, residential sales and construction have been quite active, particularly at Calvi I & II, Osprey Meadows Estates, and Ponderosa Ridge. The latter is our focus in this construction update, as we have four newly move-in ready Villas available for purchase.
