Progress Is In Full Swing
Osprey Meadows Golf Course Completed
Osprey Meadows’ full 18-hole championship course and spectacular 19th Gambler’s Hole opened for play in July. The course and Gambler’s Hole are complemented by an elevated driving range and a 70,000-square-foot outdoor event and social lawn offering a scenic setting for weddings, group gatherings, and other resort-hosted events.
While mountain, meadow, and lake views remain, Tamarack and the original course architects from Robert Trent Jones II have reimagined the layout to improve overall playability and to appeal to all levels of golfers. A new addition is the 19th Gambler’s hole—a par-3 hole created to help settle wagers among players. The par-73 course features a seamless design through two different terrains. Lakes, streams, wildflower meadows, wetlands, and groves of aspen characterize the first terrain, while the second consists of higher ground punctuated by stately ponderosa pines.

Ponderosa Ridge Progress
Alturas Homes is working hard to deliver 6 new move-in-ready Villas, scheduled for completion starting in November. Ponderosa Ridge has seen tremendous construction progress this summer. These 4BR/3.5BA and 3BR/3.5BA Villas have become a Tamarack favorite due to their thoughtful finishes and floor plans.

Mid-Mountain Lodge Update
The Mid-Mountain Lodge is set to transform Tamarack, offering a place to warm up and recharge before, after, or between ski runs, as well as a scenic venue for weddings, group gatherings, and other resort-hosted events. This stunning new amenity features towering ceilings, custom woodwork, floor-to-ceiling windows, and some of the most spectacular views in the area. This on-mountain social hub for families and friends will be completed December 2024.
